In the Data Management section, users prepare all the data they need for the project. They can easily aggregate data from multiple historians and log real time data, alarms and statistics into multiple databases. Finally in this section users can also build a new tag naming organization to facilitate report configuration further.

Data Aggregation

PLUTO integrates native database connectivity for MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Osisoft PI, GE Proficy Historian databases. Once connected, users can visualize the overall database structure to easily incorporate it into the project. Moreover, PLUTO leverages both data and virtual tables (Views).



Pluto Historian

PLUTO Historian  can log thousands of data persecond through configurable logging groups. Users can define for each group the tag list, the logging conditions but also the database and the table destination. It behaves as a real EII (Enterprise Information Integration) or a PIM (Plant Information Management) system.


PLUTO Alarms

PLUTO integrates an alarming module to define basic and complex alarms from both REAL TIME Data and HISTORICAL Data. The alarm can be empowered with tags values in the message and multiple attributes (region, city, priority, user, type, ...). Attributes are configurable project by project. Those attributes will constitute a group of advanced filtering functions to count, extract and visualize a series of alarms in multiple objects such as Tables, Pies, Bars, etc.


PLUTO Statistics

PLUTO statistics can combine, in mathematical expressions, queries from different tags located in the same or in different databases with potentially different time periods. It gives the user the possibility to extract, calculate and compare valuable information and log the result anywhere. Thus, each statistic can be archived in different databases to feed data tables for PLUTO reports or for other applications (BI, MES, ERP...).


PLUTO Smart Browser

PLUTO Smart Browser resolves one of the biggest problems to create reports with industrial automation data.

It enables the user to tranforms and organize all plant automation tag names into a new and friendly tag naming structure with clear and simple tag names, accessible by all to easily configure reports.
